Online Psychotherapy
Trauma. We all have it. It feels like being severed from safety, relational ease, the visceral feeling of knowing in your bones of your own wholeness and lovability. The severance occurred in relationship, in absence, in the body making meaning that “something is not ok,” whether it was actually ok ot not. Even when we do not exactly know what was not ok.
This is why I work with my clients with that somatic imprint of “not safe.” I intuitively weave tools from somatics, parts work, attachment theory, embodiment, and ritual that I have used as a practitioner, as a client, and in my own wellbeing and spiritual practice.
Please remember that therapy is a tiny part of your life. It can and will have a huge impact. Yet it is the cumulative of environment, relationships, space for rest and nourishment, your own practices, and joyous experiences that will ultimately give you that sense of turning your life around.

Sit with it
Check in with yourself about your budget, time, energy, and emotional resources to see if your body is a full YES to invest in this journey at this time. (You will decide the frequency of sessions).
