My joy is to meet you where you are at, and co-creating with you a grounded container, open to what arises. This work is slow, full of opportunity for attuning to what calls for gentle holding or fierce discernment. We honor both, your humanity and your divinity. The parts that are wounded and the parts that are a powerful creator.
Be sure that I will do my best to hold your process with care and let you know when something is outside my scope of practice. Rest assured that I have a beautiful team of guides and mentors that support me in supporting you.

Psychotherapy Online
I work with my clients intuitively drawing tools from somatics, parts work, attachment & polyvagal theory, embodiment, and ritual. Our work is both rooted in the nervous system and the energetics tune into moment by moment in conscious and unconscious ways.

Somatic + Therapeutic Coaching
A highly supportive three month coaching container to let yourself be fully guided into your opening and deeper contact with yourself. We weave somatic and energy practices into your life to expand your capacity for self-sourcing, self-intimacy, and intimacy with Spirit.

One-off Sessions
You have something in your mind-body that you want to work through but don’t want to commit to long term therapy or coaching. You feel a desire to be deeply seen and felt. I offer single heart-centered sessions with the same safety and confidentiality I give my long term clients.
Reading Circle

A book club that goes the extra mile. We offer facilitation with breathing and meditation as well as support integrating what we learn through the books. You can get involved as little or as much as it feels right. You get what you put in.

We meet 1-2 a month to share, ask questions, and be with each other.

video calls happen online. Please know you are expected to have your video on to build safety and trust.
